Meet the Founder

Evermore Training Solutions was founded by Kathryn Thing, a training and operations professional dedicated to helping organizations build clear systems that support growth, efficiency, and strong team performance.

Kathryn holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Training and Development from the University of Memphis and brings a multidisciplinary background that bridges instructional design, operations management, documentation strategy, and workforce training. Throughout her career, she has worked across industries including healthcare, education technology, financial services, legal services, and small business operations.

Kathryn has helped develop learning experiences that reached more than 4.5 million healthcare professionals nationwide, designing and improving digital training programs that increased learner engagement and accessibility. Her work included converting and optimizing over 165 learning courses while supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining rigorous quality standards.

In addition to large-scale learning development, Kathryn has extensive experience improving internal operations. She has created employee handbooks, built structured onboarding programs, developed job aids and training materials, and documented critical workflows to help organizations improve efficiency and consistency.

Kathryn’s professional experience also includes roles in operations management, human resources, mortgage processing, and legal documentation support, giving her a practical understanding of how businesses function day-to-day and where operational gaps often occur.

She founded Evermore Training Solutions to help organizations solve a common challenge:
as companies grow, processes often become unclear, training becomes inconsistent, and valuable knowledge remains undocumented. By helping businesses design structured training systems, develop clear documentation, and build accessible knowledge resources, Kathryn works to ensure that teams have the tools they need to succeed.
